Our Return Policy
We will accept any unused product returns in the original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number.

Approved refunds will be issued, less the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees, in the same manner they were paid for (i.e., a credit card credit will be issued to your credit card if you paid via credit card, etc.). We do charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned products.

Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, UNLESS you request USPS Express Mail (overnight) shipping, Fed Ex Express or USPS Parcel Post.

USPS First Class or Priority Mail orders take 2 to 5 business days to receive.

USPS Express Mail orders take 1 to 2 business days to receive.

USPS Parcel Post or Fed Ex Ground orders take 2 to 9 business days to receive.

All foreign orders, out of the United States, ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. Expect to receive foreign orders within 4 to 8 business days.

Foreign Orders

We are unable to process credit card orders that have billing addresses that are outside of the U.S. If you would like to order and your credit card billing address is outside of the United States, you can e-mail us with the item(s) you wish to order and we will send you a PayPal money request which will automatically process credit cards with foreign billing addresses.
