Our store accepts Amex, Mastercard, Visa, as well as payment by check or money order.
NSF Checks
NSF Checks will be assessed a $25.00 NSF fee.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges on all non-herbal unused product, in its original packaging within 30 days of invoice. Product must be unopened and not used!
Please call us for an RMA number to return your order. You may also contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. We will try to remedy any problems to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and pamphlets, and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid. We will not accept COD returns.
Approved refunds will be issued, less the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees, in the same manner they were paid for (i.e., a credit card credit will be issued to your credit card if you paid via credit card, etc.).

Shipping Policy
All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, UNLESS you request USPS Express Mail (overnight) shipping, Fed Ex Express, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Parcel Post.
USPS First Class or Priority Mail orders take 2 to 7 business days to receive.
USPS Express Mail and Fed Ex Express orders take 1 to 2 business days to receive.
USPS Parcel Post or Fed Ex Ground orders take 2 to 10 business days to receive.
All foreign orders, out of the United States, ship via USPS Priority International Mail. Expect to receive foreign orders within 5 to 10 business days.
Foreign Orders
We are unable to process credit card orders that have billing addresses that are outside of the U.S. If you would like to order and your credit card billing address is outside of the United States, please visit our other site Wolf Creek Ranch Organics, you will find international shipping options there.
